Installing Boostup Google Marketplace App 

Step 1: Set up your Organizational Units or Groups in your Google Workspace domain for holding the list of users to be provisioned

Step 1: Set up your Organizational Units or Groups in your Google Workspace domain for holding the list of users to be provisioned 

• Boostup can be installed for your entire workspace domain or can be installed for a restricted set of users in your domain. 
• When Boostup is installed for a restricted set of users, Boostup will have access to the data for only those users. 
• Access can be restricted in one of two standard ways: 

○ Via Organizational Units 

○ Via Groups 

• Before installing Boostup, make a list of all the users you would want to provision in BoostUp. 
• Then, based on your workspace structure and your needs, either create a separate organization unit or a separate group to hold these users. 
• The recommended best practice is to create a separate group to hold all the users who need to be provisioned. Groups are easier to manage and update over time than Organization Units.

Step 2: Install the BoostUp App for your Google Workspace Domain 

The steps to install the Boostup App are as follows.

1. Navigate to Google Workspace Marketplace(as administrator) 
2. Search for “BoostUp”. Click on the BoostUp App to start the installation process.

3. Click on “Admin Install” to install the app for your domain (you need to be logged in as GSuite administrator for this option to show)

4. If your GSuite domain settings do not allow marketplace apps to be installed, you will need to first add the Boostup app to the “Allow List” of Marketplace apps. Navigate to the GSuite Allow List settings to do that first.
5. Next, review the permissions for the App and select the option to install the App for a specific OU or Group.
6. Alternatively, you can choose to install the App for the entire domain.

8. Select the Group or Organizational Unit and click Finish to complete installing the App.
