Sankey Chart table view

While the Sankey chart shows a good visual representation of how deals move through stages and categories it is sometimes a little hard to get an overview of how deals progressed or how many showed improved (or decreased) chances of closing.

To provide an easier way to get overall data we added a section to the chart that presents the same information in a matrix/table manner. 

How does it work?

The deals progression or Sankey chart is a two-points-in-time based chart that presents initial (historical data from starting date) and current data (with today being the ending date).

1. Within the table below, you will find all active initial stages or categories that had deals at the starting date within the first column. Initial values and totals are displayed along each of these.
   
   
   
   
2. The following columns are the ending stages or categories.
   
   
3. The intersecting cells between these rows and columns represent how many deals from each initial stage or category moved into what ending stage or category. Green means progression (positive changes in the sequence) and red means regression (negative)
   
   So in our example if we look at the "Pipeline" forecast category we see how many of the initial set of deals moved into each of the ending categories. 
   
   
   
   
4. Hovering over any of these cells displays the full values (not rounded) and allows you to open the deals popup containing the corresponding set of deals and their details
   
   
   
   
5. Current totals for each stage or category are summarized in the "Total" row
   
   
   
   
6. Finally on the Total Progression/Regression rows you can see a break down of how many deals moved forward/back into each ending stage or category as well as how many deals in total showed positive/negative changes.
   
   

Enhancements

Boostup OpenAPI

We've extended the capabilities for our external API when it comes to the forecast submission export. It now provides details for each forecast submission related to how many deals were included (and not) and the Opp Name and ID for each of these deals!! More information can be found in our OpenAPI docs!

You can now see the value of deals included on past submissions! When hovering over any forecast submission cell within Rollups and getting the submission history tooltip you will now see the value of the included deals at the time of the submission
