Saved Views

What are ‘Saved Views’ and why should I use them?

‘Saved Views’ are now available throughout the BoostUp Platform-

What does this mean?  ‘Saved Views’ will allow you to save your filters within different tabs, based on specific information you'd like to see in that table (e.g. opportunities, rollups, trends, etc).

Let’s say you continuously find yourself adjusting filters to drill down into specific criteria-

You can now save the view, so that you do not have to adjust your filters each and every time you access the BoostUp platform.  Here’s a quick walkthrough on how to do this:

Navigate to your Opportunities Tab:

Choose the filters that you’d like to save, based on the opportunities you’d like to drill down into:

Proceed to ‘Save View’ and name the view something recognizable that will be easy to remember based on the criteria/filters selected:

Access your Saved View

Navigate to ‘Opportunities’ → select the drop down next to ‘Opportunities’ to select either a personal view or a recommended view:
