Targets

Clients now have the ability to upload targets directly into the BoostUp platform - within the Targets tab.  This can be done for each business type, as well as monthly and/or quarterly.

A template is downloaded; completed; and then uploaded (as an Excel file within the targets tab.  

Note: please make sure to follow the instructions carefully when entering the targets - the .xls upload will be rejected if correct formatting is not followed.

Do note: if you have various business types, you will need to upload a target template for each business type separately.  For instance, If I select ‘Sales’ and my period is ‘quarterly’- the template that’s downloaded will support quarterly targets for that specific business type.  If you’d like to enter in monthly targets- the period would have to be set to ‘monthly’ and a new template would need to be downloaded and uploaded.

Once the template has been downloaded; follow the instructions to input the appropriate targets (monthly/quarterly/etc).  Pay attention to the instructions regarding entering targets for various business types.

When targets are entered, save the file as an .xls file and click on the ‘import targets’ button to upload the targets into BoostUp:
