CRM Enrichment

CRM Enrichment allows you to send certain fields from BoostUp to SFDC- fields such as engagement risk score, number of meetings, last contact touched, etc.  The following spreadsheet will have to be completed in order for BoostUp to be able to send over any specific fields to Salesforce.

Please work with your CSM in regards to setup.  Your CSM will then file a support ticket to ensure CRM Enrichment is set up accordingly and working properly.
