Zoom Integration Setup for Call AI

These are the required configurations for the Call Intelligence feature to work for any given customer:

Connecting Zoom account (User)

For companies using Zoom for their calls, we need them to enable our zoom bots to join. This is done by providing access to Boostup’s zoom application through Zoom’s marketplace.

To begin:

• Navigate to Settings → Link Accounts within Boostup
• Click on “Link Zoom Account”

• Log in with your Zoom credentials and authorize BoostUp App within your Zoom domain

NOTE: This must be done by the company’s Zoom account admin, since there are permissions needed in order to authorize the Zoom App.
If you authenticate to Zoom with a non-admin account that lacks permissions, Zoom will let you know about this and you won’t be able to continue
