CRM Configuration

Within CRM Configuration, Sales Ops has the ability to edit any pre-existing fields as well as bring in new fields from Salesforce - both on the opportunity and account object. Once a field is brought in, Ops can determine whether the field is editable, sortable, or to be used as a filter. It can then be added as a column or filter within multiple tabs in the platform.
