Call Intelligence - Adding/Removing BoostUp App in Zoom

Authorize BoostUp in Zoom

Step 1: Link Zoom Account

- Navigate to Settings and select "Link Accounts" option within "User Settings" section of the Settings menu

- Click on "Link Zoom Account"

Step 2: Authorize BoostUp App

- Clicking on "Link Zoom Account" will open a new tab for you to log in / authorize BoostUp's app to access your Zoom Account. Click on "Allow"

Step 2: Verify account has been successfully linked

- If the process was successful the "Link Accounts" page will be updated and the Zoom account component will now read “Re-authorize Zoom Account”

- If the process was not successful that component will remain unchanged, reading "Link Zoom Account". If this is the case please retry the operation or contact your administrator

Remove BoostUp from Zoom

Step 1: Find the BoostUp App in your Zoom Marketplace

- Go to the Zoom App Marketplace and filter by "Approved Apps -> Public Apps"

- Click on BoostUp App

Step 2: Remove BoostUp App

- Click on "Remove App" to revoke all permissions for this app, located at the bottom of the page

- Follow the instructions on screen

NOTE: After removing the BoostUp app from Zoom you may still see "Re-authorize" in BoostUp's "Link Accounts" section in settings, but BoostUp will remain unable to connect to your Zoom account for call recording. 

Clicking Re-authorize will restart the authorization flow and link the accounts again.
