User Management

Within this category, you'll be able to manage users directly within the platform- This is only available to those that are currently not using user provisioning via SFDC. You'll learn how to create and edit a user as well as manage additional settings that are a part of that user's profile. Profiles allow you to add as well as adjust filters and columns along with navigation settings- for a particular set of users (AE's, CSM's, Managers, etc).
