Get a clear walkthrough of Deal Information Capture—a feature that helps you review, update, and manage key deal details using AI suggestions embedded across different parts of your sales system. Follow these steps to confidently access, edit, and act on AI-driven recommendations for your sales process.
Access from a column on the opportunities page
Step 1: Start at the Opportunities Page where the AI information columns display the latest suggestions for updating deal information.
Step 2: Review Deal Stages and Suggestions. Each deal aligns with sales stages defined in your pipeline, with milestones the AI attempts to answer. Click a deal to open its detailed view.
Step 3: Examine AI Suggestions and Answers Scroll to the section where you'll see AI-generated answers. Select any field to view the AI suggestion, the supporting justification, and sources behind the answer.
Step 4: Accept or Edit Suggestions If a suggestion is appropriate, confirm it—a green checkmark means the answer is accepted into your system. To make changes, select the edit option on the answer.
Step 5: Save and Track Your Updates Click save after editing. The system highlights that a user has edited this answer, helping maintain a clear record of adjustments.
Step 6: Work with Question Lists (Alternate View) For setups without sales stages, you'll see a question list. The AI searches all communications to suggest answers. When a new suggestion appears, it's marked in a different color next to accepted answers.
Step 7: Accept, Reject, or Further Edit Decide if the AI suggestion fits—accept, reject, or edit as needed before continuing your workflow.
Access from the Deal Insights page
Jump straight into any deal to access AI suggestions from the Deal Insights page. Scroll until you see the information capture module, then review and update details just like before.
Navigate Multiple Deal Information Captures If your system has several Deal Information Capture setups, access them from the main menu and switch between configurations as needed.
