In this guide we’ll show you at a high level where some of our core agentic features live and how to use them.

- You can access the call preparation page from two different places. The first place is from the homepage. Here you can see all of your upcoming calls for the day and you can go to the call preparation page by clicking prepare for call in the action column.
- The other place you can prepare for calls is by navigating to the upcoming calls page here you can prepare for any of your future upcoming calls.
- AI Call Follow Ups + AI CRM Updates - Video explaining these features
- After you finish a call, you would typically send a follow up email and update your CRM fields immediately after that call or when you have free time towards the end of your day. Now Terret’s AI agents can use the context from your call recordings to generate that content for you.
- The first place you can perform these two follow up actions (email + CRM updates) is on the homepage. Towards the bottom of the homepage you’ll find your action items that get generated automatically after your calls.
- If you have your AI CRM updates set up so that the need to be reviewed and accepted, you’ll find those action items indicated by the ‘Review’ button in the Action column
- Follow up emails will be indicated by the ‘Generate Email’ button in the Action column in your Action Items.

- Another place you can review your CRM updates generated by AI is on the Opportunities page. In your deal pulse columns, AI update recommendations are indicated by the AI sparkle. You can click into those to be taken to a pop up page where you can review and accept those updates so that they sync back to CRM.
- Another place you can generate AI follow up emails from is on the actual call recording page of your past recorded calls. You can go to the completed calls page in the calls section of the platform and after clicking on a past recorded call you can click ‘Send Follow Up’ in the upper right hand corner to generate a follow up email.
