The New Deal Insights Panel introduces a modern, tab-based interface for viewing deal information, replacing the previous infinite scroll format. This redesign provides better organization, improved navigation, and powerful customization capabilities to help your team work more efficiently with deal data.

Accessing the New Deal Insights Panel
Click on any deal name to open the Deal Insights Panel
You'll now see a tab-based interface with organized sections instead of an infinite scroll
Customization Options
Company-Level Customization
Administrators can customize the Deal Insights Panel layout for all users in your company. This ensures a consistent experience across your team while tailoring the interface to your specific workflow.
What You Can Customize:
Rename Tabs
Change tab names to match your company's terminology
Make the interface more intuitive for your team
Create New Tabs
Add custom tabs to organize additional information
Group related sections according to your workflow
Add and Remove Sections
Add any section to specific tabs
Remove any section from specific tabs
Reorder Sections
Drag and drop sections within tabs
Prioritize the most important information for your team
How to Customize:
Navigate to Settings > Company Settings
Select Manage Deal Insights
Expand any tab to view and modify its sections
Make your desired changes:
Click the rename icon to change tab names
Use drag handles to reorder sections
Click "Add New Section" to include additional content
Save your changes
AI Features and Access Control
When customizing your layout, you may see certain AI-powered sections that aren't yet enabled for your account, such as:
Deal Summary
Action Items
Meeting Deck
New Deal Post Trackers
Account Summary
Key Contact Engagements
New Contact Tracking
If a feature isn't enabled:
You'll see a message prompting you to contact your Sales Operations team
You can choose to hide these sections from the layout to avoid confusion
Once enabled by your admin, these features will become fully functional
